PD Academia is recognized by the Council of International Schools (cois.org) as expert in these areas of Educational Consulting: Staff Appraisal and Professional Development, Organisational Management, School Governance and Strategic Planning. Since 2004, PD Academia has advised School Boards and Senior Leadership for a number of Not-for-Profit Organizations, International Schools, and Chinese Bilingual schools on School Development Strategies, train leaders, create parent engagement strategies, and devise staff capacity building strategies. Our clients have included: Save the Children, Chinese International School, Canadian International School, English Schools Foundation, Victoria Shanghai Academy, Dulwich College, Wellington College, Nord Anglia, Yew Chung International School Group (All of its schools in Hong Kong and Mainland China), as well as several other prestigious schools in and outside of Hong Kong. Our exhaustive efforts have helped nurture a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the Association of China and Mongolia International Schools (ACAMIS.org) and it’s network of 77 schools in Greater China, where we have served as their contracted Professional Development Coordinator for over 8 years. PD Academia’s main focus is helping schools engage with their community and improve student learning by improving collaboration and organizational management. Our staff’s diverse work experience has given us the ability to satisfy the needs of diverse stakeholders, improve inter-cultural leadership and collaboration and establish effective communication strategies.
