Company Award/ Qualification

We have obtained certification on ISO9001:2015 for the quality management system standard, ISO45001:2018 for the occupation health and safety management systems and ISO14001:2015 for the environmental management system standard.

We are also certified as the first quantity surveying consultant firm in Hong Kong to achieve BIM for design, construction and commissioning complying with the BIM Framework in accordance with ISO 19650-1:2018 and ISO 19650-2:2018 following the assessment of project delivery which includes client satisfaction and collaborative engagement with the delivery team.

Six awards were received at the HKIS QS Awards 2022 organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors including Xiqu Centre, One Taikoo Place, CUHK Medical Centre, HKSH Eastern Medical Centre – Tsao Yin Kai Block, the New Academic Building of Hang Seng University of HK, and Central Market.

Standing at the forefront of digitalisation, we have been actively embracing BIM in many of our eye-catching projects. In which, three projects, namely the Kai Tak Sports Park, The Henderson, and Two Taikoo Place, won the “BIM Projects 2022” in the Achievement Category of the "Celebration of BIM Achievement 2022".
