SK Networks Hong Kong Ltd ("SKNHK") was incorporated in May 2008. The main business activity of SKNHK is trading on energy, petro-chemical and steel products, as well as, French wine. Countries or regions to trade with are China, Korea, Taiwan, South East Asia, Middle East, etc. SKNHK is a wholly owned subsidiary of SK Networks Co Ltd a listed company in Korea.

One of the key purposes of establishing SKNHK is to help expanding the trading network of its head office. SKNHK is mandated to develop new businesses, including natural resources and IT-related business, and is working closely with its head office to develop feasible business plans. Another objective of SKNHK is to access the financial resources based in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong office will facilitate its head office's participation in capital markets, mega merger and acquisition deals and to provide assistance to head office's investments in Mainland China.
