Established in 1989, SRD Computing & Engineering Co., Ltd. specializes in the design of E&M Systems, the applications in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and Drawing Coordination. These include Professional CAD, 3D Building Information Modeling and Drawing Coordination Services for M&E Engineering Installations, Process and Power Plants in either "AutoCAD" or "Microstation" formats. SRD has acquired extensive experience in M&E Services Design and Drawing Coordination for production of Coordinated Services Drawings in many building projects as well as mega construction projects in Hong Kong and Macau.

With the experience, SRD has successfully developed its own software for Drawing & Facility Management and given it a name called 'Linkey' System. The System comprises a number of modules including Space Manger, Drawing Manager, Maintenance Manager and Project Manager. 'Linkey' System has, in the last ten years, been well proven in Building IT and been successfully applied in many prestige project in the region. Job references are available upon request.

SRD is the master dealer of 'Cymap' Building Services Design Software, originally developed in U.K., which is a powerful CAD integrated design software for HVAC, Electrical Installation and Plumbing systems. We are also the distributor of 'CADian' Drafting software in Hong Kong.
