Shenzhen Shum Kong Wing Lee Cross Border Bus Co, Ltd. is the first joint venture company engaged in Guangdong-Hong Kong express passenger transportation in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. It was established in 1984 as a joint venture with Hong Kong Wing Lee transportation Organization, and affiliated to Shenzhen Bus Group.

The company owns 100 direct passenger vehicles between Guangdong and Hong Kong (including 80 luxury buses and 20 commercial vehicles), and its business covers Hong Kong and Guangdong Province.
