Spence Robinson LT Limited, which was established in 2004, is an independent consulting firm of architects, interior design, landscape and building surveying. SRLT is normally engaged in the development projects for private sector, A & A Works, and renovation works to existing buildings. Our portfolio of projects includes residential and commercial buildings, hotels, resorts, interiors and retail.

Projects Strategy
A comprehensive contract adminstration system has been established by the firm over the years. It enables all parties related to a project to understand the progress, resulting the smooth running of all stages.

A project team which consists of a director, project coordinator, architects, draftsmen, and specialist sub consultants, is established when a new project is received. They work together during every stage of the project, from inception to completion. This multi-disciplinary team approach leads to coordinated and integrated projects which satisfies the needs and aspirations of the users.
