TEAM 73 is a registered practice in Hong Kong offering services in the fields of land use planning, environmental planning, urban design and landscape architecture.
The practice is a team of qualified professionals - landscape architects, planners, environmentalists, scientists and designers, structured to work under a multi-disciplinary environment where project problems are identified, assessed and resolved according to the best benefit of both man and the environment.
Founded in Toronto, Canada in 1973, TEAM 73 made a critical move by relocating the practice to Hong Kong in 1981 after recognising the economic potential of the countries in the Pacific Rim region as opportunity for consultancy services related to land development, city improvement and redevelopment - by-products of economic success.
In Hong Kong, TEAM 73 is recognised by the government's Works Branch as "specialist consultant" qualified to work on public commissions with contract value up to a maximun amount of HK$200 million (US$26M).
With the different quailfications held by the principals, TEAM 73 is also qualified to carry out practices in the United Kingdoms, the European Economic Community countries, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and most states in the United States.
