The company was founded in 1997, when it was originally registered under the name Glorymax Development Ltd. This was changed in early 2000 to Tex.pro Asia (HK) Ltd.
The office then concentrated on developing its role as a 'production Company' and the mainly EEC Manufacturer/Importer customer base, whose working requirements involve following all phases of production, from fabric research, salesman sample preparation, through to detailed production follow-up, quality control, shipment and documents/logistics.
However, the Company was also involved in key chain store business with Standa and Upim, and very quickly became a major supplier in several key Children product areas. The Company became the largest single supplier from the Far East, working mainly in the areas of Infants and Childrenwear, and Mens/Ladies/Childs Nightwear/Underwear. However, orders were also received from the Mens and Ladies Depmts, in the areas of Knitwear, Outerwear, Shirts, and Linen items.
The Company is also currently working with several Italian manufacturers such as Bellavita (Magnolia) Spa, mainly in the areas of:
- Infants and Children Pyjamas
- Infants and Children tracksuits
- Infants and Children T-shirts
- New Development for children knitted outerwears
This produciton includes some lower end production, but is currently mainly low middle and mid market production, including Disney items made for the licensee.
The Company works with several specialised Italian manufacturers, covering the low, mid and top ends of the market, depending upon customer production requirements.

This production includes the low end of the market, competing with India, and also Brand name production under licence, at the higher end. There is also mid market production made under customer brands.
