The Hong Kong Taoist Association Press Limited is a newly established branch of the Hong Kong Taoist Association, the only organization representing the Taoist community recognised by the Authority and the other religious bodies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas. The Hong Kong Taoist Association, officially established in 1967,is a non-profit making and charity body. Its aims are among other things, (i) to promote Taoism; (ii) to strive for the welfare of Taoists in Hong Kong and (iii) to serve as a bridge between Hong Kong Taoists and the World at large. In the past, the Hong Kong Taoist Association has been publishing various Books, VCDs and DVDs, most of them are distributed to the Public free of charge to promote the teachings of Taoism, which is virtually the foundation of Chinese culture and very important to maintain a harmonious world.
