It derives expertise in stockbroking business from the technical backup of its parent company, Tokai Tokyo Securities Co Ltd, Japan, which with over 3,000 employees is one of Japan's leading integrated securities companies, with a dynamic network of domestic branches and offices and which holds membership in Tokyo Stock Exchange, Nagoya Stock Exchange, Osaka Securities Exchange, Kyoto Stock Exchange, Fukuo Stock Exchange and Sapporo Securities Exchange. Tokai Tokyo Securities (Asia) Limited is also an authorised Futures Dealer with registration obtained on 19th April 1994. As of 31st December 2000, its shareholders fund stood at HKD51.5million. The company specialises in Japan and Hong Kong stockbroking as well as USD and major European currencies denominated securities and securities-related derivatives services such as futures and options. The company's auditors is Deloitte, Certified Public Accountants.
