Top Glory International Holdings Limited is the listed flagship of China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import & Export Corporation (COFCO).  The company and its subsidiaries (the group) have a wide range of operations, with primary focus on property development and investment and hotel investment.

The group owns large and medium scale property developments as well as investment projects, which comprise commercial buildings, residential apartments and shopping malls.  In Hong Kong, the group's principal property is Top Glory Tower.  In Mainland China, the group's property projects are of a much larger scale.  They are located in major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang and Xiamen.  With respect to hotel investment, the group holds controlling interests in four hotels operating under the Gloria chain in Beijing, Shenyang, Dalian and Sanya.
