Our Firm was established in 1980 by our two founding partners, Mr Patrick Tsang and Ms Cecilia Chan. Our Firm has grown steadily over the years to its present size of over 50 staff and professionals of whom more than 10 are lawyers.

Our Firm acts for clients with a diverse range of interests in all business sectors including major banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, industrial and commercial companies.
