Have been dealing in the wine industry since 1995, major in sourcing rare and fine vintages of old world wines for local end users and collectors, sourcing of wines were being supported by a large wine company in Switzerland. Since wine import tax was waived in 2008, I decided to open a retail store as I foreseen the business will become very competitive and ought to change business role to maintain a stronger clientele base and was successfully obtained clients also from Mainland China since 2010 until this end. Apart from retail sales we also take part in supplying good qualities of wines to hotels and some famous restaurants, I am responsible to handle inquiries and prepared quotations, read and go through daily wines offers from overseas and local suppliers, work on retail pricing of newly arrived wines. The shop opens from 12-8pm Tuesday to Sunday, looking after by my colleague. The collection of wines displayed at the shop are varied from HK$200 to HK$700000 per bottle, such collection could entertained different levels of clients and we always received compliments from clients whoever paid a visit.
