Founded in 1964, Yan Bulk Industrial Co Ltd has a history of over 40 years.  We are a highly-esteemed tool making and injection molding manufacturer for a broad range of products: copying machines, printers, computer peripherals and other electronic products.  Our strong international customer base includes Japan (60%), US (15%), Europe (15%) and  (10%).

Our plant, Dong Guan Gain Plastic Product Company, is located in Guang Dong Province, less than an hour by driving away from the Shenzhen Special Administrative Zone.With the investment over US$10 million, the facility has a floor space of 16,800 square meters (180,000 square ft).We not only currently employed 600 skilled professionals, but also we regularly secure expertise from Japanese technical consultants to keep us paced with the most advanced technology in the industry.

Yan Bulk strives to provide customers unparalleled dedication during the various stages of their projects, offering a one-stop service of mold design, tooling, injection, sub-assembly.

Our mold shop is to be eguipped with MATSUURA high spped CNC machine and 200 Ton Reversible Testing Molder that allows us to execute precise and large-scale molds.  The production department is well equipped with high capacity injection machines imported from Japan and Germany.  We also provide a full scale of integrated processes, such as paint spraying, silk screening, pad printing, UV silk screening, hot stamping and assembly.  To ensure accuracy and reliability of the finished products, we have invested in LK-CMM Coordinate Measurement Machines and othe precise measuring equipments.
