(Marine Services) Ltd.) has been established on 5 May, 1999
Marine and cargo survey services began with Ping Liang Hong Co., Ltd. 
established in June 1986. By April 1987, Pierre Leong & Co. (Cargo Survey) 
Ltd., was established. The business scope mainly including cargo inspection 
services and cargo insurance accident investigation.
Since its establishment, the company has been commissioned by cargo 
insurers, trading companies, shipping companies or agents, logistics 
contractors and P&I clubs from Hong Kong, Macau, China, Southeast Asia, 
Europe and the United States of America to conduct cargo survey or accident 
investigations. We have visited various major ports in P.R. China, Busan in 
South Korea, Rome in Italy, Brazil, Surabaya in Indonesia and Taiwan for 
cargo or site inspection, investigation and handling of claims cases.
Since 1990, the services have diversified to performing investigation on 
marine casualties and incidents, surveys on damage to hull and machinery of 
ocean-going vessels, pleasure crafts, sailing yachts, barges and cargoes, 
transit and mysterious losses and fraudulent claims, marine loss adjustment, 
claim settlement and recovery works in accordance with instructions from 
Insurers, Cargo Underwriters and P&I Associations as well as overseas 
surveyors and loss adjusters.
The company’s services extend to investigation on bodily injury and third 
pleasure craft and motor third party liability claims, e.g. owners of tractor, 
pleasure craft, sailing yacht, tug or motor launch, etc., terminal operator, 
warehouseman and local transportation company including loss adjustment
appointed by Liability Insurers both in Hong Kong and overseas.

following fields of marine and non-marine claims adjusting services.
