From One Generation to the Next: The Birth of Claudia Koch
What started as a small, family-driven endeavor has grown into a global brand, but our essence remains the same—creating timepieces that embody luxury, elegance, and accessibility.
Our story began with our grandfather, Megerdich Mavlian, whose dedication to fine watchmaking laid the foundation for what would become Claudia Koch Watches. The brand's early identity started under the name Mavlian, carrying our family surname. As our vision evolved, so did our name, transitioning to Claudia Watches, focusing on elegant timepieces for women. However, recognizing the desire to bring our craftsmanship to a broader audience, we rebranded once again—this time as Claudia Koch Watches, introducing refined collections for both men and women.
While Claudia Koch Watches became our flagship brand, we also introduced Alexus Christy, a luxury collection dedicated exclusively to men’s timepieces.
Today, we are proud to see our name displayed in stores across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and as of 2023, we have expanded into Europe, with our headquarters based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.Claudia Koch Watches was built with the belief that a great timepiece should be accessible to all. Our audience ranges from teenagers exploring their first statement watch to seasoned professionals and trendsetters seeking refined accessories.
