Since launching his brand in 2017 with the theme “When Jewellery is Psychedelic Art,” Hong Kong-based designer Austy Lee has been making waves with his innovative concepts.

Austy began his journey in the jewellery industry after graduating in Product Design. He honed his skills at prestigious firms, including Swiss jeweller Adler and Wendy Yue, where he served as chief designer. During this time, he established himself as a fine jewellery designer and professional gemstone buyer. In 2017, he unveiled his eponymous high jewellery brand, aUSTY LEE, in Hong Kong. His creations have garnered appreciation from Hollywood celebrities and secured placements in some of the world’s most exclusive boutiques and department stores.

Austy’s pieces are akin to wearable sculptures, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship that rivals the complexity of a Fabergé egg. Drawing inspiration from religion, mythology, and counterculture, he utilizes colorful and rare gemstones—such as jadeite, paraiba, padparadscha, chrysoberyl, and indigolite—crafted from 18K solid gold. His work is characterized by edgy, contemporary, and ethereal designs.
