R&C Printing Products Solutions Ltd., is a one-stop solution provider of packaging products from concept development to end supply. Our services include design, prototyping, engineering, artwork, manufacturing, safety and standards, cost control, shipping and documentation. We are creative, efficient, professional, cost conscious, quality obsessed and good communicators.

  Pre-Production & Product Development  
R&C has the skills necessary to plan and implement all stages of product development based on over thirty years’ experience in the printing and packaging industries. R & C’s team of paper engineers is standing by to work directly with clients through the stages of development as outlined below:
* Concept Development: Establish a client brief in terms of function, aesthetics, cost parameters and marketing objectives. Develop designs for client approval. 
* Construction Development: Propose materials and construction methods, for client approval. Create a (non-printed) functioning prototype, to scale, using approved materials and methods of construction.
* Template Initiation: Create a template of the approved design and construction method. The template will be sent to the client’s art department for artwork.
* Pre-Production Approval: A printed and assembled proof sample for evaluating graphic design, print quality and assembly, for approval.

  R&C’s Cutting Edge Technologies & Production Facilities  
* Pre-Press Facilities: We have the latest pre-press technologies and equipment including digital file working stations, digital proof machines and Computer To Plate (CTP) technology.
* Prototype Department: Our team of paper engineers is standing by to work with customers to transform their concepts into market effective physical products. We have a stable of prototype tools designed to make prototype displays quickly and efficiently: plotters, glue applicators, die-cut and creasing machines, hot stamping machines, and more.
* Printing Press: Our state-of-the art printing facilities include ten offset printing presses, 2-color to 7-color, with a maximum print size of 1.2m x 1.6m. Our machines can print on paper and card of a range of stocks.
* Post-Offset-Printing Department: Our post-offset-print operations include varnish coating, silk screen printing, hot stamping, embossing, die-cutting, rigid box making, box gluing and more. Our comprehensive post-offset-printing team totals more than two hundred experienced workers.

  Logistics  
* R & C provides a full-service operation from design and manufacture to point of delivery - domestic and international.
* We offer various trading terms, such as F.O.B., C.I.F., D.D.U., China market trading terms. Also, V.A.T. terms.
* As required R & C can provide safety reports on raw materials and/or on final products. Reports might be conducted by a 3rd party or by the suppliers of raw materials.
