Shanxi Silin Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (Shoukoubao Winery) is located in the south of Shoukoubao Village, a beautiful leisurely rural area in Longquan Town, Yanggao County, Datong City, Shanxi Province. It is situated at the junction of cold and warm zones at 39°N latitude. This is a globally recognized golden brewing belt, where the temperature difference between day and night can exceed 15°C. The abundant sunshine during the day allows apricots to accumulate sufficient sugar, while the low temperatures at night reduce nutrient consumption. The sandy soil is highly permeable, and the remaining ranges of Yinshan and Yanshan Mountains converge here. The altitude and climatic conditions further endow the fruits with unique flavors. The winery is adjacent to the ruins of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall, where the beacon fires of centuries past intertwine with the aroma of today's fruits.
