Koyo was founded in 1971 as an import/export trading company for marine products.
Over the past half century, we have expanded our business to include agricultural and livestock products, alcoholic beverages, and food-related businesses such as feed and fertilizer, and have continued to develop as a general food trading company.

In the past, our company has focused on expanding the field of food ingredients, but in recent years, social structures and cultures have changed dramatically, and food diversification is progressing rapidly. In
order to respond to the rapidly changing food needs with the times, our company is striving for multi-function, multi-location and diversification, and is taking a new step forward with the aim of becoming a full-spec general food trading company that can meet needs from food ingredients to finished products.

We believe that food is the source of life, and that nothing can enrich the human spirit and strengthen human connections as much as food. Based on this belief, we have made it our mission to enrich people's minds and society through food, and have been committed to and specialized in food since our founding.
