Welldon initial factory had an area of 10,000 square meters, approximately 200 employees, and an annual output of about 500,000 units. With the increased demand for car seats, we are moving to our current factory in 2016. To ensure production efficiency, we have divided our factory into three workshops which are blow/injection, sewing, and assembling. Four assembly lines have a monthly production capacity of more than 50,000 pcs. The factory covers an area of about 21000 ㎡, and around 400 employees, including a professional R&D team with 30 people, and nearly 20 QC inspectors.

Our Product Milestone
Welldon is the first Chinese factory to develop car seat that got ECE certificate, and the first Chinese factory to launch the 1st i-Size baby car seat. In 2023, Welldon developed the first SMARTURN baby intelligent car seat. We spend 10% of our income on developing new products every year. Our products are popular worldwide including Europe, Russia, Korea, Japan, etc.

Welldon became the first Chinese enterprise to gain the i-Size certificate.

International Market
To let people know more about Welldon's products. We were the first Chinese car seat manufacturer who participate in the Kind+ Jugend Exhibition and attended the fair for more than 15 years since 2008. The Kind + Jugend exhibition in Cologne, Germany is one of the largest and most important exhibitions for baby and children's products in the world. The exhibition showcases a wide range of products and services, including various types of baby and children's products, children's furniture, strollers, toys, baby clothing, and bedding. During these years, Welldon served over 68 countries and regions, and more than 11,000,000 families chose Welldon car seats and gained a lot of good reputation with our quality and good products.
