Upon the success of its private label  " TOPAKID " , the company is licensed by Warner Brothers Consumer Products in June 2002 to sell and distribute quality kids and teens' apparel in China.

Later in September and October 2003, the company also licensed for " Powerpuff Girls " and " Looney Tunes " in Hong Kong SAR.  It also manufactures apparels for licensees of well-known labels in China and overeas markets.
