BlackSquare builds software for the global wine & spirits industry. With our key product, Blackboxx, we enable wineries and retail wine & spirit stores to sell direct to consumers via a turn-key, cloud-based technology specifically set up for wine clubs and ecommerce purchases. We also run Tannic.ca which is Canada’s first flash-sale website specializing in the sale of wine to members and WineCollective.ca, one of Canada’s largest wine clubs.

Blackboxx is a software as a service (SaaS) ecommerce solution which charges a fixed fee per transaction (USD$1.49 – USD$3.49). There are minimal start-up fees or other fees required to adopt the technology. Tannic.ca operates with a similar fee per transaction.

BlackSquare is searching for partners in Hong Kong and mainland China to distribute our software to retail wine & spirit stores, cellar doors and wineries in the region. We wish to capitalize on Hong Kong's position as the global wine consumption and sales leader.
