Hawaii Kai Corporation was established in 2005. It makes the purest whole sea salt from the Hawaiian ocean water, using its proprietary salt making technology called " Solar Sealed Evaporators". The Solar Seal Evaporator facility is located on the island of Molokai (Hawaii). This technology enables it to make the sea salt without any impurities from the environment, and at the same time preserving all the naturally occurring trace minerals and electrolytes in the pure ocean water. Hawaii Kai have many varieties of flavored and colored sea salt products. White, red, black, green, pink, Balsamic salt, coffee salt, lemon salt, smoked salt, steak seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, Maui onion seasoning - to name a few. Hawaii Kai does all it blending, packing, storing and fulfilment operations out of a FDA approved facility in Southern California.
