Paradisone-Colle degli Angeli produces BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO AND RED OF MONTALCINO in an artisanal but experienced way,respecting nature,according to traditionbut also to experiences accumulated during years in vines growing and winery managing. Our goal is to make wine as less manipolated as possible,in order to mantain all the  grapes properties we grow,of course without compromize the outcome quality that at first depend on the way the vinyards are managed.
We harvest strictly manually in different time our 5 different cots of vineyard,accordig to the climate evolution and the degree of phenological ripeness.Wealso work 5 different must for 5 different drawing off wines ensuring wines with a long life into the bottle
