The KokutoShochu, "Lento", is brewed with great effort of craftsmen in a small village of Amami Oshima. We are proud and confident in our product, such as, the adepts and well-selected materials, our designed acoustic aging process, and the subsoil water from Mt.Yuwan, full of beautiful nature, consisting of Amami Islands, where people are aiming to have Mt.Yuwan to be registered as a World Heritage site. Our main goal is not to extend sales, but to meet and work with the restaurant owners to share the stories to each consumers and enhancing the value of "Lento"with us.
