We started our business at the beginning of 2013 and specialized us in the field of R&D, manufacturing and marketing video related consumer electronics. Preserved the production and R&D strengths of RDS, plus scientific managerial approaches and continuous innovation the new XPLORE team has, we believe we are capable of using the customer oriented cooperative R&D as our main engine to upgrade the industry from providing similar products and having low consumer satisfactory into a more promising one. Our company has its R&D and Marketing center based in LongGang District, Shenzhen. Thanks to the great support from RDS, we have more than 10,000 square meters production area that is equipped with 20 SMT automatic production lines and has more than 200 production employees at our disposal. Our production capability is beyond doubt. In terms of quality control, we have passed ISO09001: 2008 quality system certification and was implemented with a well-designed quality control system. Concerning information management, advanced information management systems like ERP and CRM have been widely applied and they are perfectly coping with our human resource as well as business processes.
More importantly, we have already aggregated a group of young talents who expert in different fields covering marketing, operations, engineering and R&D etc. but share the same dream.
