"Established in 1973, Powell Plastic & Metal Factory Co., Ltd (before known as Po Wah Brush Factory Co., Ltd.) is a manufacturer specializing in plastic household, personal care, and baby products. Our head office is located in Hong Kong, providing customer service and shipping arrangements to our clients. Our production plant is located in Shenzhen China.

Over the years we have expanded our product range, including but not limited to, baby products, body massagers, bath brushes, bath sponges, bathroom accessories, foot files, hairbrushes, combs, toothbrushes, toothbrush holder, soap holder, soap dispenser, facial brushes, nailbrushes, salon's hairdressing tools, bottle cleaning brushes, as well as kitchen brushes. OEM projects are also welcome. 
 Recently we have been focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). We have been incorporating environmental and social concerns into our company’s planning and operations. These programs center around the idea that our businesses and products can make the world a better place, or at the very least, reducing our negative social and environmental footprint on the world.
