Qingdao Leigh-mardon Packaging Co., Ltd., opened on June 28th, 1995, is a joint venture company built and operated by Etsong Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd. attached to China Tobacco Shandong Industry Co., Ltd. and Hongkong AMVIG Holdings Limited as a member of the AMCOR Group in May 1993, which own 40% and 60% of the company respectively. The company is provided with USD18.51 million total investment with registered capital of USD15.51 million.
