Worker Playground is a Macau local and innovative brand expressing both individuality and attitude. A brand that goes from fashion shows to street fashion, targeting all ages, with the help of media nowadays, cutting the old fashion sense that everyone should dress according to their age. Macau in the past years has been known as a “gambling city”, neglecting the fact that we do have our own fashion, music, and creativity. Worker Playground was initiated when Macau’s economy started booming and people were more and more willing to spend on clothes and accessories. Its inspiration came from motorcycle, rock and roll and leather items, but we must not forget that it is a local brand, so the elements of Macau are present in every design. Last year was the 60th Macau Grand Prix, and Worker Playground to commemorate it, has launched a leather jacket. This year’s collection will be focused on Macau’s aviation history, launching an A2 Leather Jacket with Macau’s first seaplane “Miss Macau” embroiders. More designs will be launched as our main focus is not just promoting fashion but to promote Macau itself. Our objective is to take Macau’s fashion internationally. Starting in Asia and slowly worldwide.
