Nextron (NX) Group, established in 1993, has become a world-class international company specialized in memory products and computer components in Hong Kong and mainland China. With our own ISO9001 certificated manufacturing plant, we manufacture and supply top grade memory modules, DRAM ICs, flash ICs, memory cards, USB flash disks, and CPUs as well as SMT assembly services and other computer related products. In 2006, our sales revenue was more than USD150 million while we are achieving USD180 million in 2007. "Step Ahead" is our business motto. We have been using our in-house developed Quotation and Customer Relationship Management System for eight years. The system enhances fast and up-to-date information sharing and improve our operation efficiency within the company and with our business partners.

NX Group has innovated its corporate structure in order to step into a new era of growth. The corporate structure consists of two major streams:
1. Assets holding and management:
- Nextron Technology Limited (NTL)
NTL and its subsidiaries hold and manages the assets and resources of the group to maintain a healthy and stable base for the development of the group.
2. Business operation and development:
- a. Alliance Integrated Services Limited (AISL)
- b. NX Electronics Limited (NXE)
The businesses of memory and electronic components trading and memory modules manufacturing are carried by these Business Operation and Development arms.
