Solos is a famous smartglasses brand which Research and Development is conducted in Hong Kong while the innovative technology is taken from its headquarters in Westborough, MA, USA. Established in 2019, Solos Technology Limited was a spin-off from Kopin Corporation (NASDAQ: KOPN), a leading developer and provider of critical components and solutions for wearable products for military, enterprise, industrial, medical and consumer markets since 1990. 

Founded by Dr. John C.C. Fan, one of the USA’s top 15 nanotechnology innovators by NASA’s Nanotech Briefs in 2005 and a member of the USA National Academy of Engineering (NAE) in 2020, Kopin has been established for more than 3 decades. Kopin has incredibly contributed to the development of head‐mounted displays for the F‐35 Joint Strike Fighter, micro-display supplier to Google Glass, creation of the Golden‐i, a wearable headset reference design for industry.

Solos' Swappable Frame Front is a patented design of smartglasses — the detachable temples give you a wide variety of frame choices. It even future-proof for any future Frame upgrades. Solos lenses reduce the affect of blue light and increase visual comfort from long exposures to digital screens. The Directional Stereo Speakers allow you to enjoy 9D, 360° surround sound music on the go while the semi-open design keeps you aware of your surroundings. Our patented Whisper® Audio Technology is built-in for superior phone conversation even under a noisy environment. This Bluetooth-enabled Smartglasses provide the user with touch volume control, simple tapping to control music and Siri/Google. Solos also automatically turns On/Off when you equip/remove the smartglasses with the built-in sensors. In just 15 mins, it can be charged for 1 hour of use. When charged for 1 hour, it lasts for approx. 3 hours of streaming music or phone calls while standby time is up to 16 hours.
