Image of the certificate and/or document. The Advertiser is responsible for providing any and all information about the certificate and/or document that may be required to complete the Services. Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. SGS provides the Services in a consulting basis. The Barn (HKI Tea Development Limited) is a tea culture company under the Hong Kong International Group (HKI Group). At the turn of the millennium, the HKI Group, at the behest of the Cultural Bureaus of Beijing, has to preserve a Ming dynasty imperial barn while developing the new commercial project Nanxinchang International Tower. Thus, in 2007, HKI Group commissioned a famous Hong Kong designer to restore the site, turning it into a modern clubhouse and event venue while preserving the original outlook of the imperial barn. This coined The Barn's present name. The clubhouse was later relocated to Beijing Fortune Plaza in Dongsanhuan Road. The Barn's mission is to provide a place for like-minded elites to gather and savour premium tea, while making new friendship.

The HKI Group plans to enter the tea industry under the brand of "The Barn". A recognition to the importance placed on friendship in Chinese tea culture, this is also a move to develop The Barn into a internationally renowned name for good tea. The Barn was established in Beijing in 2012, with its first tea shop opened at the Beijing Fortune Plaza. Businesses later expanded to Chongqing and Chengdu.
