Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. SGS provides the Services in a consulting basis. Keppel Seghers - Zhen Hua Joint Venture

Designed, built and to be operated by Keppel Seghers-Zhen Hua Joint Venture, the HKIWMF Phase 1 will be Hong Kong’s first integrated waste management facility, capable of treating 3,000 tonnes per day of municipal solid waste once completed in 2025.

Utilising Keppel Seghers’ proprietary SIGMA combustion control and moving grates technology, the HKIWMF provides superior waste combustion and energy recovery.

The HKIWMF will feature a state-of-the-art double-dry Flue Gas Cleaning System that meets strict international emission standards, zero liquid discharge, and extensive greenery to seamlessly blend the facility with its natural environment.

The HKIWMF will also be equipped with a 200 tonnes per day mechanical treatment plant for sorting and recycling of glass, plastics, and metals. The separated materials will be transported back to Hong Kong for further processing into end products.
