Image of the certificate and/or document. The Advertiser is responsible for providing any and all information about the certificate and/or document that may be required to complete the Services. Although SGS shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy and contemporariness of the information provided by the Advertiser and any such publicly available sources during performance of the Services, SGS has no control of and thus cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy and authenticity of such information. Therefore, SGS shall disclaim any and all liability for the accuracy of such information. The Services do not warrant that the goods and/or services of the Advertiser will meet any particular criteria of quality or performance. The Advertisers and any third party are responsible for their decisions to make whatever use of the results of the Services and shall accept all risks for any loss or damage of any kind that may occur. SGS accepts no liability for the consequences of any action taken or not taken on the basis of the results of the Services by the Advertisers and any third party. SGS provides the Services in a consulting basis. The Services does not constitute a legal opinion and they are no substitute for professional legal advice to ensure compliance of the Advertiser with the applicable laws and regulation. Mrs. So, founder of the Company is a successful industrialist. Not only is she a shrewd businesswoman, she is also a generous and considerate hostess. Not satisfied with the XO-sauce she purchased from shops, she ventured to prepare her own sauce with the help of her loyal chef, “Fat Kor”. Together they succeeded in preparing an exquisite XO-sauce which was so popular received by friends and business associates. However to the disappointment of all the recipients, the sauce was not for sale. As a result, Mrs. So’s XO-sauce was always a sought after gift which was bestowed on the lucky few.
 
BIRTH OF THE BRAND
After many years of pondering and loads of encouragement, Mrs. So finally decided to set up a new business venture………the birth of “Mrs. So XO-sauce” brand of products. A specially designed and well equipped plant was set up in 2010 at Tuen Mun which is accredited with “ISO 22000” and “HACCP”. All manufacture process has to comply with a strict hygiene monitoring procedures to ensure food safety. It Is also under Mrs. So strict instruction that no additional artificial coloring and preservative should be added to the products.
 
In her mission to bring back some traditional taste, some long forgotten sauces are made and reintroduced to the public. In support of the protection of our precious world and its resources, a retail shop was open at No.220 Queen’s Road West, Hong Kong and No.97C Hau Wang Road, Kowloon City, Kowloon so that customers may have the opportunity to taste the sauces before purchase. In so doing no unwanted sauces will be stocked up in our kitchen.
