Vinified separately as Merlot(15%), Cabernet Franc(37%) and Cabernet Sauvignon(48%). This wine was barrel aged and blended for balance.

This wine is medium to full bodied with soft fruit flavours of blackberry, prune and ripe plum. It has good length with velvety tannin structure.

Great with grilled meats, savoury pastas with red sauce and rich, creamy cheeses.
