Vinification Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with partial aging in oak barrels.
Tasting notes Blackish ruby colour. Harmonic varietal aroma of Merlot (tones of ripe black berries, leather, and light spiciness), with the tones of dried balsamic herbs typical of the wines of the steppes of western Crimea. Intense fresh fruity taste, with moderate acidity and delicate tannic texture.
Potential Ready to drink, but will have interesting development with further aging of 3-5 years.
