From Bordeaux, the Malbec is, without a doubt, the representative variety of Argentine. This wine displays intense, brilliant red tones, with great body and persistent. Fine and elegant to the nose, it is a perfect combination of red fruits and spices like vanilla and caramel, provided -specially the caramel- by twelve months of ageing in new French oak barrels. Perfect accompaniment to red meat dishes, it is best served at a temperature of 16º C - 18º C.
