Tasting notes

Aromas of sage, dried herbs and a hint of anise mixed with dark fruits of blackberries and blueberries.

Flavors are rich and jammy with briary berries. Tannins are relatively soft and approachable, but still has strong aging potential. Lots of toasty oak, with layers of toast and caramel compliments the finish.
