A lively, fresh, and somewhat wild fruity aroma, with hints of forest fruits and eucalyptus. The palate is complex, blending wild sour cherry and chocolate, balanced by a harmonious finish and crisp acidity. The aftertaste is medium-long, featuring zesty acidity and a subtle note of leather.

Winemaking:
BISTRO Pinot is crafted from various batches, vessels, and vintages, which our new winemaker Filip, has combined into a signature blend. He has brought together older, mellow, and mature vintages with younger, more spirited ones—ensuring the wine retains its classic Pinot character while offering a modern, appealing style tailored for the hospitality sector.
