A sumptuous and elegant Barbaresco, which gets a unique complexity and smoothness from its long refining.
Denomination: Barbaresco D.O.C.G. Riserva
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Area of production: 4 villages of the Barbaresco district
Refining: in big casks of Slavonian oak, and then in the bottle
Winemaker’s note: Rich and elegant, with a great ageing potential. Spicy and flowery bouquet, in the mouth it is warm and persistent, with silky sweet tannin.
Food pairing: Roast lamb, duck, oven-roast ham, rabbit, flavored cheese
Cellar life: 10 years
