- The maximum production of grapes per hectare must not exceed 130 quintals and the yeld in wine must not be more than 70 litres per 100kg of grapes.
- Characteristics: light ruby red, tempting, delicate aroma, dry, full-bodied, and balanced taste, slightly bitter but fresh and velvety.
- Serving temperature: 14-16°C.
- Alcohol content: 12,5 %.
