Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is made in Montalcino. The red wine is produced with 100% Sangiovese Grosso vines, which are harvested by hand with careful selection of the grapes. This table wine is fermented and refined in Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months until the bottling for a final ageing period in bottle of minimum 6 months.
