In the green valley of Comino, the young Azienda Agricola Cominium produces modern wines from international grape varieties (present in this area since 1850) and from native rediscovered grapes. The satur is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (85%) and Merlot (15%). Its fruity and juicy character is respected by a moderate use of wood in large barrels. This wine is ruby red with garnet reflexes. The aroma is characterized by a precise fruit bouquet, a pleasant fragrance and an ample equilibrated with accompaniment of tertiary tastes, including dried fruit, green pepper, liquorices and chestnut honey. The mouth is appreciated for its velvety texture and volume, sweet tannins and medium density. It is measured in its grade alcohol and in perfect equilibrium with its acidity. This amazing wine has a lingering back nasal fruity flavor.
