The Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 is of a very dark red and somewhat opaque color. The still wine has a complex nose with plums, cherries, liquorice, vanilla and cocoas. This full-bodied wine invites you with its firm yet blended tannins as well as hints of cherry and toffee on the finish. It can be a great companion for rack of lamb stuffed with boletus.
