The Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 red wine is made from the finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes hand-collected in the first decade of October. The grapes are fermented for 36 to 48 hours. The wine is tangy and fresh in the mouth while offering aromas of chocolates and ripe red fruits on the bouquet.
