Campo Alto Valpolicella Ripasso is a deep ruby red wine with an aroma typical for the variety with notes of dark chocolate and delicious hints of dark cherries, violets and spices. Full bodied with a well-structured flavor of dark fruits, a fresh acidity and soft but distinct tannins and a slight sweetness in the balanced dry taste. An elegant Ripasso with a musty palate that goes well with dark meat and game, parmesan and matured cheese.
