Nose: Very fresh mentholated aromas with notes of nutmeg, pepper and tobacco. Ripe black fruit such as plum plus red berries such as redcurrant. The combination of balsamic notes and cocoa is reminiscent of the aroma of typical English
chocolate.
Mouth feel: Great structure on the palate but with sweet supple tannins. Prominent aromas of red and black fruit on the palate rounded off with cocoa and mentholated notes plus a sweet sensation that gives us great satisfaction when tasting this wine.
This wine does not need decanting. The wine is now at its optimum consumption time although it will continue to develop favorably in the bottle over the next two years.
