The Nero d’Avola grapes (100%), selected from Cembali, are produced from vineyards (5900 vines per hectare) in the slightly inclined Baroni Estate of the Noto area (Sr), historically renowned as an ideal place for the production of Nero d’Avola.
The grapes are matured in Allier barriques for 14 months.
Ruby color with a complex aroma of black fruit and spices, it also releases musky hints.
