This wine results from the selection of the finest grapes of the Douro Region. After the grapes have been de-stemmed and softly crushed, they go through a maceration and fermentation process in stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures. The wine is then aged in 225L oak barrels for one year, stabilized and bottled.
